The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. ABPN Board Certified in Neurology, UCNS certified or eligible.

Teaching responsibilities may include instruction of medical students, Neurology Residents, Neuro-Oncology Fellows, nurses, and advanced practice providers. We function as a highly cohesive division with an expectation of camaraderie, teamwork, and professionalism.

Clinical responsibilities may include management of patients with primary brain and metastatic brain tumors and neurological complications of cancer. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a high volume, diverse, and medically complex patient population.

The University of Pennsylvania is searching for a highly motivated, academic neuro-oncologist to join the rapidly expanding Brain Tumor program at the Abramson Cancer Center. The successful candidate will be joining an established program multidisciplinary group of highly collaborative physician team, specialized nurses, and pharmacists and a center with state-of-the-art facilities. The candidate will have a joint faculty appointment in the Department of Neurology (Neuro-Oncology Division) and the department of Hematology-Oncology.
