Hybrid onsite in Denver – 6-month contract with potential to extend 

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• Manage and oversee projects ensuring compliance with ADA accessibility standards and regulations such as WCAG, Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Title II of the ADA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility solutions for digital and physical products.
• Develop project plans, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of accessible solutions.
• Conduct accessibility audits and provide recommendations for improvements based on relevant standards and regulations.
• Ensure that all projects meet compliance with Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA) when applicable.

Required Skills for Project Manager:

• PMP certification with at least 3 years of project management experience, or 5+ years of project management experience without a PMP.
• Proven experience managing ADA accessibility projects and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
• Strong understanding of WCAG, Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title II of the ADA, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, and CADA.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex accessibility concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Compensation Details: $55-60/hr
