Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our non-profit organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our financial activities to ensure compliance with regulations and support our mission. You'll handle budgeting, reporting, and grant tracking, working closely with program teams to provide financial insight and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and complete financial records for all organization activities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Track and report on grant spending and compliance
• Reconcile accounts and prepare documentation for audits
• Support annual audit and tax filing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Familiarity with non-profit accounting standards and grant tracking
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
