Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process invoices, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.
- Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and audits.
- Provide support during financial audits and compliance reviews.
- Handle other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
