Summary:

As a Financial Shared Services Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate on Finance Transformation Projects, learn about the day-to-day monitoring of cash payments, cash receipts, inventory control, internal financial reporting, and customer credit analysis, and collaborate with various internal and external groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Projects: Contribute to ongoing Finance Transformation projects that could include automation, system implementation or integration, and overall process improvement.

Collaborate: Have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams such as IT, Tax, Warehousing, Corporate Accounting, and Operations. This position may also work with external customers or vendors.

Document: Work on developing documentation for standard operating procedures, SOX control documents, SOX control execution, project requirements or other documentation needs as they arise.

Requirements:

Education: Active status as an incoming junior, senior, or master's program student pursing a degree in a relevant finance or accounting field.

Experience: Prior work experience in any field preferred

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication required.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel) required and experience in Analysis for Excel, Power Automate, or Power BI preferred.
