Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Admin Assistants.

  • Position type: Contract - to - Hire
  • Location: East Syracuse, New York
  • Job/ Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 am-4:30 pm)
As an Admin Assistants, you will be required to have:
  • Scheduling appointments and relaying messages via Epic EMR
  • Preparing charts, scanning and faxing in a fast-paced environment
  • Works closely with Physician, patients, Residents, secretarial team and management to facilitate effective communication among all parties
  • Always utilizes knowledge of medical processes and office procedures
  • Works closely with Supervisor and Secretarial Team to ensure divisional coverage
  • Provides direct support to the Sports Orthopedic Surgeon
  • Other duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor
The ideal candidate must have:
  • Must have associate's degree or pertinent college level courses and two years of administrative/office management experience.
  • EMR Experience preferred.
  • Orthopedic practice knowledge preferred.
  • Must have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18 -$25 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance including eligibility for employer 401k funding after 1 year (3% quarterly/5% annual on vesting schedule) with generous paid time off, including vacation and personal time, paid sick leave, holidays and floating holidays and tuition reimbursement
