Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring a Dealer Order Management Representative

Position type: Full-Time, Contract
Job Title: Dealer Order Management Representative,
Duration: 12 Months (With possible)
Location: Remote

As a Dealer Order Management Representative, your responsibilities will be:
As a Dealer Order Management Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealer network, managing order processing, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely delivery of our HVAC products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in order management within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage inbound dealer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing from receipt to delivery.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to dealers, addressing inquiries related to order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate order and inventory records in the ERP system; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC products and services to effectively support dealers.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle dealer complaints and issues related to orders, escalations, and service disruptions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on order metrics, including order volume and fulfillment efficiency, and present findings to management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance service levels and order management processes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain roles, preferably in the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with dealers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and priorities.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex customer issues effectively.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $19-$ 21per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
