Summary of Duties:

Administrative Assistant 3 is responsible for donation deposits and applying administrative policies, managing donor acknowledgements, stewardship, and specialized stewardship, assisting with donor engagement, and managing impact reports. This role is responsible for organizing donor engagement and recognition events that increase knowledge, awareness, interest, involvement, and commitment from the college's major constituent groups and events associated with sporting events and college reunions.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School graduation or equivalent AND three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative work; OR equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience providing complex administrative support, preferably in a higher education environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to fostering a positive donor experience.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Monthly Salary: Range

$3,477.00 - $4,632.00 | Range 40 | Steps A - M

Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
