Duties: Under the supervision of the Office Coordinator provide support and assistance with a range of tasks including, but not limited to answering phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, expense and reimbursement process via Concur, donor acknowledgements, assist with the management of the department's Purchasing Card receipts & statements, track & monitor purchase order requests, mass mailings, maintain office supplies, run reports, assist with special events, update donor records in ATLAS (Penn's Development Database), scan, copy, file, pick-up and deliver mail and other correspondence within the UPenn community, assist with processing gift agreements, gift transmittals, routine and additional administrative tasks & other duties as needed.
Qualifications: High school or GED and 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, are required. An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 1- 2 years of experience are preferred.
