PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
POSITION OVERVIEW
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our daily operations, supporting our legal team with various administrative tasks including front desk duties, document management, and assisting with title work. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Location: Peterborough, NH (100% onsite)

Schedule: Monday 8am-5pm; & Tuesday-Friday 12:30pm-5pm

Type: Direct Hire / Permanent, Full Time

Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $22.00, depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact at reception and respond to phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Process new file openings and closings in both electronic and physical formats
- Perform accurate scanning and filing of legal documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or office setting (New grads are welcome to apply!)
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and data base experience, and a willingness to learn
