Consistent with the university's shared services agreement with the William & Mary Foundation (WMF), this position is assigned 25% effort to support WMF with the responsibilities outlined below.
The Principal Gifts team is dedicated to nurturing the University's most significant donor relationships and facilitating high-level donor engagement and stewardship activities.
The Administrative Coordinator for Principal Gifts is an integral member of the team in the Office of University Advancement at William & Mary working with university leadership, volunteers, and donors at the highest level.
The Administrative Coordinator for Principal Gifts (Administrative Coordinator) reports to the principal gifts team and is primarily responsible for administrative support for the principal gifts program and secondarily responsible for administrative support for foundation operations. This includes executive level support for the Assistant Vice President as well as budget management, data management, and data analysis, reporting, calendar management, and writing memos, briefings, and strategic plans.
The Administrative Coordinator for Principal Gifts will help foster a culture of belonging that embraces all people and perspectives.
