Role Overview:

• Lead project teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional members
• Strategize and implement Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics solutions
• Provide exceptional documentation and hands-on training to empower our client's team
• Ensure client expectations are met and deliver impactful results
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and tailor your approach to different audiences
• Demonstrate strong consulting skills, diplomacy, and the ability to mentor team members
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and overcome technical and business challenges
• Contribute to the greater community through participation in industry events and initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tags (formerly Adobe Launch)
• 1+ years of experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics certifications are a plus
• Exposure to Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target is an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and contribute to team initiatives
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
