As a Clinical Integration Analyst (Third Shift), you will directly affect patient care, family satisfaction, and safety. The systems you support will enable our clinicians and providers to improve healthcare outcomes.

You will accomplish this by providing on-site / hands-on technical support for healthcare professionals and staff, working in a collaborative environment with a common mission.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Support
  • Adhere to protocols for working in Critical Care Units and clinical environments.
  • Support clinical CCHMC applications, including configuring settings and identifying systemic issues.
  • Understand dataflow between systems and devices on the network.
  • Provide technical support and second-level problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to individuals of varying technical aptitudes.
  • Educate Client Services team members on complex issues and emerging technologies.

Project Management
  • Participate in small to medium projects.
  • Assist with requirements gathering by identifying clinical user needs and workflows.
  • Track and document project deliverables.
  • Monitor and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor.

Clinical Printer and Device Support
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues for local and networked printers.
  • Resolve application-specific printing issues.
  • Identify hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and wireless devices.
  • Support peripheral equipment such as barcode scanners and RF ID readers.

Software Deployments
  • Support enterprise-wide deployments, including system shutdowns, restarts, and hardware/application validation.
  • Deploy software applications using available tools.

Technology Evaluation
  • Review and evaluate existing and new technologies and tools.
  • Research industry best practices and communicate findings to management.
  • Collaborate with functional groups to assess and understand their technological needs.

Customer Support
  • Provide outstanding end-user support while monitoring Service Level Agreements for incident management.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure effective incident resolution.
  • Promote and adhere to change management policies and procedures.
  • Model exemplary customer service, including timely follow-ups with customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to work in a hospital setting that routinely requires direct patient contact and support of clinical staff in Operating Rooms, Trauma Bay, and In-Patient locations.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Passion for technology and desire to learn new things.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced front-line support environment.
