Job Description:
GDH Consulting is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Applications Analyst specializing in Revenue and Regulatory functions within the Oracle Enterprise Business Suite and P2/IFS applications. This role is pivotal in providing functional and technical expertise, guidance, and support to business users and project-related activities. The successful candidate will be based onsite at our headquarters in Houston, Texas, and will report directly to the Manager of Corporate Applications. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team on the continuous delivery of IT solutions, process improvements, and support for multiple entities within the Oil and Gas industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support Oil and Gas Upstream processes, control, audit, and reporting for multiple entities through an IT role, involving Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Accounting, Production Accounting, Division Orders, and Operations.
• Coordinate continuous delivery of IT solutions and process improvements from multiple internal and external partners to enhance efficiency and scale automation.
• Deliver and coordinate training and QA for multiple projects, including acquisitions, divestitures, and various ERP/process implementations.
• Design, build, and support bridge reporting implementation to enable streamlined reporting from multiple ERP systems.
• Provide daily support to business users in their activities as needed.
• Assist with planning and scheduling for the implementation of patches, upgrades, and new products to enhance current systems.
• Test patches, new releases, and specific code to ensure they meet business requirements and provide continuous quality business activity.
• Liaise with the business to assess process requirements, evaluate possible alternatives, and recommend and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Profound knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Business Suite, specifically General Ledger and Receivables EBS Release R12.
• Experience with P2/IFS Energy Solutions Enterprise Upstream, Enterprise Upstream Settlement, Partner Balancing, and Upstream Regulatory.
• Preferred experience with P2/IFS product interoperability and Procount overall product/module integration.
• Proven track record in P2/IFS and Oracle system implementations & upgrades.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both technical teams and business users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
