Architectural Associate

What We're Looking For:
Assists Senior Architects on development and design of documents and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and modifies construction documents including performing calculations, programming, design analysis,
  conceptual drawing, and final design under general supervision.
• Analyzes more complex reports, maps, and drawings for the built environment.
• Performs preliminary assessments, site inspections, performs reviews and inspections of construction proposals
  to ensure compliance with plans.
• Accompany Architects to site visits as needed.
• Performs other duties as requested.

Education & Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited program. Minimum of 2 years of Architectural experience.
• Working knowledge of Auto Cad, Revit and other essential software and equipment for field and office work.
• Working knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning, building codes, and building materials.
• Walk, sit, and stand. Occasionally reach with hands, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Occasionally climb 25-30 feet. Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Visual acuity sufficient to read alpha/ numeric symbols for computation and design.
• Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to project issues that arise.
