Seeking a Mechanical Assemblers for a full-time, onsite role in Salem, NH.
LOCATION: Salem, NH (onsite)
SALARY: $18.00 -20.00/hourly DOE
SCHEDULE: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Monday - Friday)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to understand assembly requirements.
- Select and gather the necessary components and materials for the assembly process.
- Assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and systems using hand and power tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches.
- Ensure that all components fit together accurately and securely, making any necessary adjustments or modifications.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
- A nice to have would be experience as a Mechanical Assembler or in a related role a plus.
- Ability to read and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics as needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools commonly used in assembly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
