Summary: Assumes operational and functional responsibility for special projects or initiatives related to Nursing Education, Quality Improvement, Magnet Re-designation and Nursing Research Development; works with the Director, Patient Care Services in the management of resources, facilitation of projects, development of databases, planning and implementation of plans related to Nursing Education initiatives, Quality Management, Magnet strategic planning and the development of policies and procedures as they apply to these areas.

Salary range is $123,793 - $156,224 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

License Requirement
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.

Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in a comprehensive cancer center or complex academic/research medical center including one (1) year experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in a comprehensive cancer center or complex academic/research medical center including one (1) year experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
