Job Summary:
Everest Global Services, a member of Everest Group, Ltd., is seeking a highly skilled AVP of Corporate Finance and Capital Management to join our Finance team in Warren. This is a hybrid position working 3 days onsite, 2 remote.
The position will play a crucial role in modeling, planning, and optimizing the internal capital structure of Everest's global subsidiaries spanning the US, Europe, Bermuda, Latin America, and Asia. Interfacing with global executives, the role requires worldwide collaboration to ensure global capital efficiency. This position requires strong quantitative modeling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel. Preferred candidates will also be adept with reinsurance contracts and capital regulation. A strong grasp of actuarial risk will also differentiate successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Capital Planning in developing and implementing capital planning strategies.
- Develop and maintain Group and subsidiary financial models to support capital projections and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insightful capital management processes.
- Monitor and assess regulatory and rating agency models to determine key capital drivers, assess potential risk mitigants, and oversee Group capital utilization.
- Coordinating capital and reinsurance processes with global constituents.
- Generate regular reports of actual and projected capital positions.
- Summarizing and presenting capital and financial analyses.
- Monitor and assess regulatory and rating agency models and requirements.
- Structure and evaluate internal reinsurance contracts to optimize capital efficiency.
- Support M&A transaction analysis and execution.
- Assist with capital markets transaction execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience required, P&C experience strongly preferre
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a quantitative field. Advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., MAAA, FSA, CFA) is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas and data analysis.
- Proficiency in financial, risk modeling, or other quantitative modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with global teams across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Actuarial credentials (e.g., FSA).
- Strong understanding of reinsurance contracts
- Familiarity with regulatory and rating agency capital models.
- Experience with M&A transaction analysis and execution.
- Experience with capital markets transaction execution.
