SUMMARY:

This position will support our Smart Chicken Poultry Business Key expectations of this position include: evaluating and analyzing internal product performance, recommending new products for commercialization ,helping to facilitate sales and client-relationship management, tracking new markets, and emerging trends proposing and developing new strategic partnerships writing proposals and plans while helping to guide both short-term and long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources regarding both internal and external product performance
  • Identifying new business development activities for the Smart Chicken facilities
  • Coordinating and directing field trials of test products between Planning, R & D Operations, Sales, Tech Service, and customers when needed
  • Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings


REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors degree B.A. from four-year College or university preferred.

Experience: 10 plus years related experience in sales and Consumer Package Goods (CPG) or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Travel: Frequent monthly domestic travel
