Overview

Join our team as a Bar Prep Team Member and be a part of creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bar Prep, you will work alongside a team of passionate Food & Beverage Team Members. We are looking for someone with passion and a willingness to learn and grow in their career. If you have a keen eye for detail, and a positive attitude, then we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Assist in cocktail and syrup batching program
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming products throughout the week.
• Assist bartenders in stocking the bar, setting up wells, and maintaining a clean and organized back of the bar.
• Work with leadership team to maintain BOH and FOH bar organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.
• Assist in training and onboarding new barbacks to the team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience, preferably high volume
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
