What You Will Do

As a Benefits Manager, you will oversee and manage Panduit's global benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant. You will collaborate with brokers, vendors, and global HR to design, implement, and communicate health, welfare, retirement, well-being, and mobility programs. You will also analyze benefits utilization, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Design, implement, and manage global health, welfare, retirement, well-being, and mobility programs.
  • Collaborate with brokers, vendors, and global HR for cost-effective benefits.
  • Analyze and report on benefits programs, recommending improvements.
  • Manage the benefits budget and ensure compliance with plan documents and regulations.
  • Lead and manage brokerage and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee mobility programs, including immigration and relocation.
  • Coach and develop direct reports, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Optimize technology for improved communication and streamlined processes.
  • Create benefits communication tools for local HR.
  • Support special projects across Total Rewards and HR.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years managing USA benefits, including ERISA plans.
  • Minimum 5 years managing global benefits (at least 3 non-USA countries).
  • Minimum 5 years leading and developing teams.
  • Minimum 2 years supporting global mobility, including relocation and assignments.
  • Experience with online benefits enrollment platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Superior knowledge of US benefits compliance and global benefits.
  • Proficient in HRMS systems (Workday preferred) and MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
  • Travel to local Panduit locations as needed.
