Ledgent Finance has an immediate opening for a Billing Coordinator in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and be proficient in MS Excel.
Role: Billing Coordinator (Temp-Hire)
Location: Manchester, NH (On-Site)
Pay: $25-$27/hour

Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate/submit client invoices and process all billing transactions
- Receive, coordinate and process customer purchase orders into company accounting system
- Process and tracking of all PO including revisions
- Utilize and maintain internal trackers to ensure up to date customer po and invoicing status'
- Coordinate with teams to ensure on time and accurate customer invoicing and payments
- Maintain billing files and client billing guidelines within accounting software
- Responsible contact with staff and clients for billing related issues
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Billing/AR experience
- Proficient with MS Excel (V-Lookups / Pivot Tables)
- Sage 300 Software (Ideal but not a requirement)
- Strong analytical and time management skills and able to prioritize special projects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
