RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Newark, DE that is seeking a Business Analyst.Responsibilities:- Perform BAU tasks including data analysis, entry, reconciliations, regulatory checks and monitoring
- Own, deliver, and execute tasks in a timely manner whilst keeping others informed of progress
- Work on tactical and strategic Liquidity initiatives that contribute to operational and cost efficiency
- Conduct analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks to solution improvements
- Provide operational oversight supporting client migrations for the MMF Transformation Program
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate project documentation, escalating appropriately to key stakeholders
- Provide concise, timely written and oral status updates to all levels of the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
- Organized, with an ability to carefully review information, pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy
- Analytical with an aptitude for data analysis and interpretation, to problem solve
- Proactive and independent operator, inquisitive and willing to get into the detail of operational processes
- Strategic and critical thinker with a drive to execute and deliver results
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals to accomplish common goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations
- Ability to manage multiple competing and changing priorities in an efficient and structured manner
- Displays positive attitude which contributes to an energetic and motivated team environment
- Global mindset, experience working with different regions and have thoughtfulness to different cultures
- Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in project management discipline and techniques beneficial
- Experience in Alteryx and Tableau would be an advantage
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
