Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually
Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for company's mission and business objectives.
• Initiate and foster new customer and corporate relationships.
• Advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Support business unit leaders in transaction completion.
• Identify customer needs and recommend or demonstrate relevant products and applications.
• Maintain and update business development records, including customer communications and contact information.
• Provide regular updates to management on prospecting activities.
• Attend virtual and in-person industry events, when safe and appropriate.
• Prepare proposals and maintain customer contact portals.
• Determine the technical requirements of customers and suggest suitable products.
• Explain complex technical information to customers.
• Follow up with customers and resolve any arising issues.
• Keep customers informed about new technological products.
• Compile proposals and reports related to technical products.
• Maintain periodic contact with customers throughout project durations.
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and maintain ongoing interaction with the sales team.

Requirements:

• BS/BA in Engineering or a related field (alternative degrees considered with relevant technology experience).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of sales promotion and business development techniques.
• Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and follow up on leads.
• Exceptional skills in relating company capabilities to customers.
• Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% based on business needs).
