Business Intelligence Systems Analyst

BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence Systems Analyst for an Onsite Opportunity in Colorado.

Position Title: Business Intelligence Systems Analyst

Location: Jefferson County, CO

Anticipated Start Date: 10/21/2024

Expected Duration: 6+ months

Job Type: Contract - Remote

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job

responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,

etc.).

Business Intelligence Systems Analyst, where you'll play a key role in shaping strategic decisions through

advanced data analysis. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify

business needs, design analytical solutions, and create impactful data models, reports, and dashboards. Using

your expertise in SQL and business intelligence tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Domo, or Power BI, you'll transform

complex data into easy-to-understand insights that drive business growth.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and stakeholder management
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Extensive experience with business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Domo, or Power BI (data modeling and visualization)
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, with a focus on extracting actionable insights from complex datasets
• Experience in the sales, operations or marketing analytics domain
• Familiarity with at least one object-oriented programming language such as Python or R
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques is a plus
