What You'll Do:
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze intricate business requirements and rules, turning them into actionable insights.
- API Maestro: Use Postman to test APIs and ensure seamless integration across our systems.
- Data Detective: Query MongoDB databases to uncover valuable data insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Design Visionary: Create detailed mockups and wireframes that bring design concepts to life and communicate your vision clearly.
- Workflow Wizard: Test complex workflows, identify areas for improvement, and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Quality Champion: Partner with QA engineers to review and execute automation tests, ensuring top-notch quality in every release.
- Storyteller: Craft clear, detailed user stories with precise acceptance criteria that guide our development process.
- Curious Explorer: Ask the right questions and seek clarifications to fully grasp complex business rules and processes.
- Performance Guru: Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Multitasking Pro: Juggle multiple projects with ease, delivering high-quality work on time, every time.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Postman and MongoDB, and experience in creating mockups and testing complex workflows.
- Automation Savvy: Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to review and execute tests.
- Communication Ace: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of writing detailed user stories and documentation.
- Multitasking Master: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Monitoring Experience: Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Inquisitive Mind: Ability to understand, ask questions, clarify, and document complex business rules.
