RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Englewood, CO.Key Tasks:- Business/Systems Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
- Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
- Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
- Identifies, documents, reports, and tracks system issues
- Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
- Progress is monitored daily when problems are identified work with team to develop corrective actions
- Manage and report the status of scope, schedule, and resourcing
- Extract and document requirements
- As a Business/Systems Analyst, you will author user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with technical team and product owner balancing the interests of both when issues arise
- Remove impediments allowing the team to focus on engineering tasks
- Take the lead on resolving conflicts within the team removing any roadblocks to collaboration
- Guide project team meetings including sprint pre/planning meetings, daily scrum, and sprint review meetings
- Facilitate retrospective discussions and support continuous improvement efforts and limit the external interference the team must deal with
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Agile
- Should have Scrum Master experience to include the ability to track progress and help the team achieve their commitments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
