Call Center Rep - Outbound Calls

Job Duties/Description:

• Schedules appointments through phone calls and various communication methods to negotiate rental prices for advertisements and promotions.
• Drafts lease agreements and fosters strong customer relationships with minimal phone interactions.
• Addresses customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Updates location profile information to maintain database accuracy.
• Completes lease documentation and agreements.
• Keeps workspaces and the office organized and clean.
• Acquires comprehensive knowledge of all business aspects, especially regarding rent and pricing details.
• Stays informed about the status of all assigned lease project campaigns.
• Pursues educational opportunities for personal growth and development.

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge Word and Excel, Outlook.

Additional Info:

• Pay rate: $20-24/hr (will pay more for bilingual)
• Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Friday
• Location: 100% in office (may qualify for hybrid after 1 month)
• Type: Temporary with potential to be hired on depending on business needs. Will last through January.
