RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a highly respected, New York area based, world renowned Not for Profit organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.Summary:The Chief Financial Officer will report to the President and be responsible for all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Tax Reporting, Planning, Budgeting, Cash management, internal Controls, Policies and Procedures and more. If you have the below experience and are looking to join a well-established, uplifting mission driven NFP, this could be the dream job for you.REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA are preferred
- 15+ years of related work experience, most recently as CFO of a not-for-profit organization
- Superior IT related experience as it relates to Accounting Software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Passion to advance the cause of a hyper mission-driven organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
