Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 base salary

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with underground utilities and civil components is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Experience with underground utilities and civil components.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
