Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (contract)

Beacon Hill Legal's client, a real estate investment company located in Rye, NY, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate paralegal for a long-term contract assignment. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, experience with title and survey review as well as corporate governance matters. The candidate hired must be able to commute to our client's office in Rye, NY 4x a week.

Responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and facilitating closings, including drafting and reviewing various closing documents, assignments, consents, and certificates.
• Preparing, reviewing and distributing tenant estoppels, confidentiality agreements, organizational documents and secretary certificates.
• Coordinating receipt/review of title commitments/policies and surveys and assisting in resolution of title and survey issues.
• Reviewing due diligence materials and managing post-closing matters.
• Handling various public company and operational matters for the company and a limited amount of administrative support for the group.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, experience with title and survey review as well as corporate governance matters.
