Basic Job Functions:

Vulcraft/Verco VVG a division of Nucor, is seeking a qualified candidate for a Commercial Solutions Supervisor. this position will report to the Sales Manager and support both the Utah and AZ Vulcraft/Verco divisions

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Engineer and Business Development Team..
• Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, and other potential partners.
• Help drive VVG business development initiatives - i.e. sustainability, new products, regional accounts, etc.
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities for Vulcraft and Nucor to provide market-based solutions.
• Collaborate with DSMs to help lead large project planning, strategy, and execution from proposal through award.
• Assist Sales manager in leading all commercial aspect of the business and back up as needed.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering & Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Written recommendation from Supervisor/Manager.
• Willing and able to travel regularly.

• Previous commercial sales experience.
