As a Customer Service Intern, you'll provide support to teams that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.

As a Customer Service Intern, a typical day might include the following:

• Collaborating with Sales and Customer Service Teams: Provide vital support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• General Office Support: Perform clerical duties, including filing and documentation, to maintain organized and efficient office operations.
• Project Assistance: Contribute to various sales and customer service projects and tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion.
• Customer Interaction: Handle phone calls and emails, delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Review data, and create insightful charts, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Meeting and Visitor Coordination: Assist in scheduling and preparing for meetings and welcoming visitors to SEL, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment.

This job might be for you if you:

• Are pursuing a bachelor's in business, communications, or a related degree
• Have strong writing, documentation, communication and organizational skills
• Have strong computer skills
• Have direct customer service or sales experience is preferred
• Have the ability to be flexible, show initiative, and learn new skills
• Have the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL
• Negative drug test result(s)

Pay Range Data

$16.30 - 18.00 per hour. Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role and your year in. Talk to your recruiter if you are curious about the rate for your year in school.
