Ultimate Staffing is currently partnered with a prestigious Call Centers and we are currently looking to hire a full-time customer service rep who is highly motivated individuals to join our call center team. The ideal candidates will have flexible schedules and be able to work a variety of shifts.

Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
* Provide excellent customer service to clients
* Follow call scripts and procedures accurately
* Meet or exceed call quotas and sales goals
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Always adhere to company policies and procedures

Customer Service Rep Requirements:

* Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends Must be available to work the closing shift from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
* Ability to work rotational Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Punctuality and reliability are essential
* Must limit unplanned schedule interruptions such as arriving late, leaving early, or calling out
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
