Job Duties:
* Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries,
* Dispatch service calls and assign work orders to technicians
* Prepare memos and communications for the executive team
* Coordinate insurance certificates
* Handle customer invoice approvals
* Update and maintain data in CRM
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $20-24/hour
* Schedule: M-F 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Location: 100% In-office
