Customer Success Coordinator

Job Description:
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
* Act as the communication link between customers, retailers, and internal teams.
* Respond to customer service emails, handle orders, product inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
* Answer calls, provide order info, place orders, and process payments.
* Track orders and communicate with carriers.
* Process returns, provide shipping labels, and issue refunds.
* Use software to log customer interactions and solutions.
* Prepare progress and forecast reports regularly.
* Communicate with the team to discuss improvements, issues, and trends.
* Assist with general customer service tasks.

Requirements:
* 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
* Experience with SAP is a plus!

Additional Info:
* Pay range: $20-$22/hr
* Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
* Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days remote per week (100% in office during 1 month training period)
