Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Specialist

Contract Type: 12-month extendible W2 Contract, 40 hours per week (No C2C)

Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented Paid Social Lead Generation Specialist to drive upmarket growth through a global paid lead generation program. As part of the Demand Generation team, you will manage the performance of all paid social lead generation campaigns for our core payments business and SaaS products. Using a data-driven approach, you will enhance campaign efficiency through optimization, creative experimentation, and new platform tests.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize paid social lead generation campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit to achieve team KPIs (leads, MQLs, SALs).
• Manage daily campaign monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
• Measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to improve future performance.
• Identify testing opportunities and develop quarterly testing roadmaps and tactical plans to meet internal KPIs.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project deliverables and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Lead Generation, Sales, Creative, and International teams to maximize campaign impact.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment managing paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) with a significant budget.
• Experience executing lead generation strategies and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency to meet/exceed KPI targets. ABM experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and campaign reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for marketing and staying updated on industry and platform news.
