Title: Desktop Support
Location Details: Distribution Center environment - Kings Mountain, NC
Hours / Shift: Monday- Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm
Start: ASAP
Duration: long-term contract, open-ended
Important Skills
-3+ years' of true, hands-on desktop support experience.
-Windows 10, Office365
-Either has worked in a warehouse/distribution center environment or knows they will be very comfortable with it.
-Experience troubleshooting RF Scanners and Zebra or Printronix printers. If they don't have this experience, they need to be tech savvy and a quick learner to pick this up. This is a large portion of the equipment they troubleshoot on a daily basis.
Nice to Have:
-Experience with SCCM imaging
