Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A and Commercial Finance, the C&W Services Finance team is looking for a candidate at the Senior Manager or Director level to join, partner and help lead the C&W Services FP&A function. This role will lead a team and all FP&A processes to deliver an effective platform across planning & reporting and provide reporting to monitor financial performance against plan as well as partnering to provide insight and analytics to deliver value creation across the business.
Job Description

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range strategic planning processes
  • Implement the organization and processes required in C&W Services to meet the analysis, closing, and reporting deliverables set by the Global FP&A Team
  • Lead a team of FP&A professionals in analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities to C&W Services' operations and financial results
  • Lead efforts to unpack customer level profitability
  • Interact proactively and collaboratively with executive leadership on a regular basis
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to assist in management decision making
  • Ensure consistent communication of results, forecasts, and action plans to C&W Services and Global leadership
  • Own the FP&A reporting infrastructure for the Region, including maintaining and improving the existing tools & reporting
  • Continuously develop tools/systems and automate processes to streamline the forecasting and budgeting process and drive enhanced reporting
  • Support the Global Controllership and Tax teams to provide compliant reporting
  • Manage a team of FP&A professionals identifying each individual's strengths, weaknesses and support needs and guide their training and development
Requirements Skills, Experience, Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a minimum of 10 years of related professional work experience (FP&A, Controllership, Operational Finance)
  • Experience working in FP&A in a complex business with exposure to executive leadership
  • Strong familiarity and use of Excel, Powerpoint, and PowerBI required
  • Prior experience as part of a Global or Regional HQ FP&A team strongly desirable
  • Prior People Management Experience strongly desirable
  • Experience with JD Edwards, Hubble, Hyperion Essbase and Planning
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage numerous client relationships, both externally and internally
  • Well-organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a team environment. Must be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable explaining accounting concepts to people with non-financial backgrounds
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Motivated, trustworthy, detail oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and able to work quickly but accurately
  • CPA (or equivalent) or MBA ideal but not required

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $153,000.00 - $180,000.00
