This position can be based in our Palo Alto, CA or Issaquah, WA office.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the interventional ultrasound portfolio, ensuring alignment with clinical, market, and business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring successful execution of the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical affairs teams to ensure that product designs and features meet clinical standards and compliance requirements.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals, to gather insights and validate product needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the interventional ultrasound landscape, including market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies.
  • Translate clinical insights into actionable product features, partnering with engineering teams to ensure that solutions solve real-world clinical challenges.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the interventional ultrasound space, representing the company at industry conferences, workshops, and clinical advisory boards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and collaborate with regulatory teams for product approval processes globally.
Your Expertise:
  • medical devices.
  • Experience working with AI, imaging, and other advanced technologies in the interventional ultrasound field.
  • Strong network within the healthcare and medical device industry, including relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Passion for innovation and advancing clinical outcomes through technology.
Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:
  • Masters's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in interventional ultrasound or a related clinical field is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading product development from concept through commercialization in a regulated industry.
  • Experience working closely with clinicians, understanding their workflow, and translating their needs into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of medical device regulations, including FDA, CE Mark, and ISO standards.
  • Expertise in developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with product management tools, financial modeling, and business analytics platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Willing to travel.
The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
