Salary/Position Classification

• $14.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10-20 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

• Conduct weekly and monthly safety inspections on fire and life safety equipment
• Disinfect personal protective equipment
• Assist with general office duties, such as filing and computer assistance

• Professionalism
• Technology
• Communication

• Must have experience with Microsoft office
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Ability to walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs and work on metal deck floors
• Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

• Experience and coursework in sciences or engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
