Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team, focusing on button and electronic assembly. The ideal candidate will have experience with small parts assembly, including screws, electrical wires, and other essential components. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble buttons, electronic components, screws, electrical wires, and other parts according to detailed instructions and specifications.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the assembly line.
- Document completed tasks and report any issues or malfunctions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or small parts assembly is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and components.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics, wiring, or related assembly work.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures in an assembly setting.
