Endpoint Administrator

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing the organization's endpoint devices, ensuring they are configured, updated, and protected against security threats. The Endpoint Administrator will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining endpoint security measures, managing device configurations, and providing technical support to end-users.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Proven experience as an Endpoint Administrator or in a similar role.

* In-depth knowledge of endpoint security solutions and best practices.

* Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. (i.e. Desktop Central, SCCM, Apple Business Manager, Beyond Trust Virtual Appliance)

* Strong desktop and laptop imaging skills

* Strong understanding of patch management processes.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
