Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and events.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address requests or potential issues.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items for follow-through.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute communications on behalf of leadership.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics for events or conferences.
- Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring timelines and resources are effectively managed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings with executives, clients, or other stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support efficient operations.
QualificationsExperience
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with project management or cross-functional team coordination is a plus.

- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage urgent tasks with professionalism.

Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
