Job SummaryThe Executive Director of Registration Services is primarily responsible for leading programs, outreach, and services to effectively support student success from enrollment through graduation. Responsibilities include working closely and collaboratively to lead in the areas of registration, classroom scheduling, maintenance of student records, graduation clearance, and related matters. The Executive Director of Registration Services is a key member of the Enrollment Management Leadership team.
The Executive Director ensures a seamless and successful experience is encountered by new, returning, existing, and graduating GGC students. This individual is expected to play a key role in fostering a positive work environment with the expectation of continuous improvement and first-class customer service. The position will also provide leadership to the Enrollment Management Services Division. Collaborative and team-oriented skills with a commitment to student success are essential attributes for this position.
