SUMMARY: The Executive in Residence (EIR) role will be a member of the Superintendent of School's leadership team and is a hands-on innovative 'business athlete' with versatility to step into executive roles according to the business' need.

- Drive growth, oversee business operations, customer success and function as a business leader
- Build scalable processes, systems and automate processes to enable the business unit's ability to scale while achieving efficiency gains and quality improvements
- Accountable for results, focusing on both long and short-term strategies; owning the agreed upon growth targets
- Create a sustainable strategy for future growth and deliver on projections that include year over year growth
- Set top-down goals and metrics based on both internal goals and market opportunities
- Continuously develop and refine value propositions and differentiated positioning
- Systematically utilize experimentation and data to identify what works and what doesn't, identifying and tracking KPIs, and adjusting business-development efforts accordingly
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises up to 2 - 4 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Manages cross functional teams in a non-supervisory capacity. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $152,749.50 - $244,399.20. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
