About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Experiential Marketer to join our team. This unique role focuses on designing and executing exceptional customer experiences for sales meetings at our Experience Hub at the corporate office and managing impactful trade show experiences. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging, personalized experiences for key customers during in-person meetings. Additionally, you will oversee the planning and execution of trade show experiences that elevate our brand and foster valuable connections with potential clients.

The Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Experience Hub is designed to set the benchmark for innovation in the fitness industry. This space is crafted for the future of fitness, technology, digital connectivity, and co-creating fitness experiences.

As part of the Strategic Marketing organization, this role reports to the Americas Marketing Leader and collaborates directly with internal teams. You will have a high degree of independence and leadership in communicating with business partners.

** This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL. The position requires in-office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. #LI-Hybrid

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Create and deliver a journey that is aligned with the Sales Team's priorities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing teams to develop internal/external content for the program, and to create an Experience Hub marketing activation plan.
  • Lead a team of two, with one member focusing on Experience Hub logistics and planning, and the other on coordinating trade show experiences.
  • Coordination with the Business Unit (country manager/sales manager, marketing manager, digital manager, and whoever is participating in the experience) to define and customize the customer experience based on their inputs on the customer profile, -needs, and -pain points.
  • Excite the customers by continuously improving the whole journey based on the latest digital solutions in the company and the broader market.
  • Exemplify a digital mindset with an unwavering representation of the voice of the customer.
  • Sharing customer feedback, insights, and best practices gathered from the program with the broader teams.
  • Management reporting of soft KPIs (visits/client's NPS/etc.)
  • Management of the strategic planning of all trade show and event management activities for the US market, focused on best-in-class activation events.
  • Co-management and reporting of the customer visit budgets and the trade show budget.

QUALIFICATIONS and KEY ATTRIBUTES
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey both technical and non-technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Excellent storytelling skills to derive insights from data and present key business takeaways to executives.
  • Presentation & Facilitation: Skilled in delivering business workshops, presentations, and software demos in both formal and informal settings. Experience in customer journey mapping, business model canvas, and other workshop methodologies.
  • Experience & Expertise: Prior B2B event and trade show planning experience. Familiarity with business consulting and facilitating large group sessions. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Global & Multi-Time Zone Experience: Ability to work across time zones and travel up to 20%, including internationally.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
