Salary: $106,000.00 USD Annually - $133,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Finance Systems Business Analyst III (Oracle)

Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Resolve Oracle issues, perform scheduled tasks, and recommend solutions.
• Project Management: Lead projects and process improvements, applying change management.
• Process Optimization: Integrate finance systems for automation and efficiency.
• Audits: Conduct audits on finance processes, documents, and data.
• Decision Making: Act based on facts, constraints, and consequences.
• Oracle Specialization: Continuously learn new Oracle technologies through various training methods.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on finance systems management trends and technologies.
• Innovation: Champion process and customer service improvements.
• Approval Process: Obtain necessary approvals before implementation.
• Training: Develop user procedures and guidelines, and train clients on new processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of Oracle configuration and development experience.
• 7+ years of experience with multiple Oracle Finance modules (AP, GL, Projects, Procurement).
• Preferred experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent SQL and fast formula skills.
• Strong understanding of data/system design principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience with a programming language and PL/SQL.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel, and financial software tools. Preferred experience with a Project Management Tool.
