RESPONSIBILITIES:
A large Kforce client is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join their team in Grand Rapids, MI. This client is a well-established and growing international company that provides opportunities for advancement and impact. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.Duties:- Conduct Financial Analyst and Reporting
- Lead Budgeting and forecasting
- Provide financial modeling
- Work closely with various departments, Operations, marketing, sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and initiatives
- Mentorship and Leadership - mentor junior teams and provide guidance
- Present findings to executive leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA/CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience with a focus on analytics
- Advanced, strong proficiency with Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as you will work with the Executive Team
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Time management skills - able to multi-task projects and meet critical deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
