Competitive Pay: $20.28/hour
What You'll Do: As a Floor Tech, you'll be responsible for maintaining hospital floors using specialized power equipment. You will perform tasks such as machine scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and other cleaning duties in accordance with housekeeping department procedures. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the hospital is safe and clean for patients, visitors, and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating floor maintenance machines to clean and maintain various types of flooring.
- Performing tasks such as scrubbing, stripping, and waxing floors.
- Following infection control measures, safety protocols, and hospital guidelines.
- Supporting the housekeeping team with additional duties as needed.
Who We're Looking For:

Experience in hospital housekeeping or floor tech work is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!

Flexible Availability - Must be available for all shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Team Player - Able to follow directions and contribute to a clean, safe hospital environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
